Here is everything we know about 'Citadelle Des Morts' the upcoming zombies map in Season 01 Reloaded that will launch on Thursday, December 5.
Black Ops 6 Zombies will receive its first DLC map, Citadelle des Morts. As you might guess from the name this medieval castle is located in France, in the Avalon region. Avalon is rumoured to be coming to Warzone later next year as the large map.
Everything We Know About 'Citadelle Des Morts' in Season 01 Reloaded
Citadelle des Morts will release with the Season 01 Reloaded update on December 5. It's Main Quest and Side Easter Eggs will be available at launch.
The storyline will pick up from where it left off at the end of the Terminus cutscene with the Terminus crew, Gray, Carver, Maya, and Weaver, heading to the French countryside in search of the forgotten artifact.
The crew are tasked with saving Gabriel Krafft, last seen in Vanguard Zombies, who is being held captive by Ravenov and the French Syndicate under the orders of Richtofen.
Players will begin each match in the local village before making their way up to the medieval castle and it's keep.
You can expect to come across a new enemy type, teased as a mangler/mimic.
Lots of evidence suggests that the map will have themed Wonder Weapons in the form of Swords. It is likely that these will be upgradable and enchanted with the elements such as fire, ice, and electricity.
Ravenov and Peck will hang back in the radio room and direct the players on the ground in the same capacity as Peck and Strauss on Terminus.
Deadshot Daiquiri will have a dedicated Perk machine on the map as Terminus does, unlike Liberty Falls.
An OST (Original Soundtrack) is available to listen to on Spotify - it includes 22 original tracks for players to enjoy.
