This is a guide on how to quickly and easily get the Caliburn Dragon Fire Bastard Sword Upgrade in Black Ops 6 Zombies Citadelle des Morts. A medieval castle needs medieval weaponry and the latest Zombies map delivers.
Getting the Bastard Sword and upgrading it to the Caliburn are both fairly straight forward processes and once you've done it a few times it can be done with ease, especially if you follow our handy little guide here.
How to Get the Caliburn Dragon Fire Upgrade in Citadelle des Morts
Step 1 - Activate the Pack-a-Punch machine
You'll need to activate the Pack-a-Punch machine to start the Caliburn upgrade process.
Follow the steps from the Main Quest objective until you reach the Oubliette Room.
Shoot the three locks on the crate.
Kill the Doppleghast and pick up the Blood Aetherium Crystal that it drops.
Take the Blood Aetherium Crystal and active the Pack-a-Punch machine with it.
Step 2 - Obtain a Bastard Sword, Jon Snow, wait, wrong franchise.
Interact with the Wooden Door in the Quick Revive Room and speak with Krafft.
Find and Kill a Zombie wearing a medieval helmet and obtain the 'Stamp' item from his body.
Locate the Dragon Statue in the Oubliette Room, it has a Dragon sigil on his chest.
Place the Bastard Sword in the Dragon Statue near Jugger-Nog.
Step 3 - Set Fire to Yourself Three Times.
Now to find the three flaming Cauldrons. You need to set fire to yourself at each Cauldron, one at a time, and run back to the dragon statue whilst on fire and interact with the statue three separate times.
Note: Killing Zombies as you run back will regenerate your health. This is essential.
1. The first Cauldron is located on the Castle Walls just beyond the Lion Head Cannon.
2. The second Cauldron is found on the path leading from left of Spawn.
3. The third Cauldron is found in the Town Square.
Step 4 - Collect the Caliburn from the Dragon Statue.
Once you have run to and from each Cauldron individually, you will see the Dragon Statue is now blasting fire on your Bastard Sword.
This upgrade Quest is now complete. Interact with the statue to collect the Caliburn Sword Upgrade.
