This is a guide on how to trigger Maya's Secret Cutscene in Citadelle des Morts in Black Ops 6 Zombies. Maya has her very own quest and cutscene that wraps up a portion of her story arch in the latest map from Treyarch.
Maya is the new kid on the block in the Black Ops Zombies universe. We first meet her in the Terminus prison cells after she travelled to the island in search of her brother. Spoiler alert, her brother didn't make it and he caught a bullet from the Aussie herself.
A certain someone is directly responsible for the death of Nathan and Maya gets her revenge in Citadelle des Morts.
How to Trigger Maya's Secret Cutscene in Citadelle des Morts (Black Ops 6 Zombies Guide)
It's actually incredibly easy to trigger Maya's secret cutscene, but you'll need to know a few things before the match begins. Firstly, you'll need to make sure that you are playing as Maya. If you aren't you can't complete this Easter Egg.
Secondly, you need to reach round 13 before the instance can begin. Any round after 13 is also fine but obviously zombies get stronger as the match goes on. Once you are done with this Easter Egg, the match will continue as normal so don't worry about being sent back to the menu.
Once you have played out at least 13 rounds as Maya you will be able to start the quest. You'll need to get over to the Bastard Sword Statue room and head up the staircase to the left of the Vulture Aid machine.
You'll see a manky old wooden door and a radio. Interact with the radio and Maya will begin convincing a person on the other end that they are friendly in an effort to gain access. Luckily for the Ozzie, it works and you can get through the door. You'll need to interact with the door to move on.
You'll be transported to a wine cellar under the castle that is packed full of Vermin and a couple of Special Zombies. Fight your way through to the two large wooden doors at the end of the tunnel. The final Zombie you kill will drop a key, collect the key and use it to open the previously mentioned doors.
Head down the staircase and the Secret Cutscene will trigger. Enjoy.
